Judea

The only thing I see wrong with this mod idea is that the OP has all the leader sayings written down, which nobody uses, because no one knows how to make the 3D animated leaderscreens and seeing a still person standing there, saying stuff without moving their mouth, is, well... slightly "off", to say the least ;).
I thought Ekmek got that working.

Where are installation instructions for your "Modern Israel" civ?
I found only 1 packed file...

BTW: making Palmach UU-was a really good idea. LIked it. Although may be it would be better to make replace ariborne troopers right from the beginning, because otherwise it's kind of "cheat unit". Imagine-if I have Algambra, barraks, armory, officer academy and Brandenburg gate, I get 4 improvements on the unit straight away, add to it marine bonuses and it's a killer-1 more upgrade and you don't need neither armor units, nor infrantry-any terrain, any conditions-this unit will rule...That's why I offered in King David thread UU as some spec ops, that replaces airborne and has a bonus of invisibility-similar to one submarines have-so it would be useful for recon missions.

Click on the link in my signature to get to the Civfaatics download page for the mod. Download it (I uploaded a new version in the past week, so you'd want to redownload it) and place the file in in My Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilizations V/Mods. Then go into into your mods list in the game and it will show up. Although, I'd reccomend downloading it on Steam since that way it'll update automatically.
And I changed the UU from Palmach to Haganah. The bonus is the same (defense bonus in home territory and faster exp.) but it now replaces the Great War Infantry instead of the Paratrooper, and cannot airdrop. I changed it for balance and greater historical accuracy.

I've noticed you've asked for permission to use Merkavah 4 MBT in your mod? Is it there?

Yeas, that was before I knew how to use PM. :) No, the Merkava is not in. It was a long time ago, but I took it out.

Edit - IDK why I said in my previous post that the Palmach used to replace the Paratrooper and used to be able to paradrop. Well, I was half asleep then. Also, I didn't realize that I'd forgotten to change the UU information in the mod desc., both on Steam and Civfanatics, to reflect the change from Palmach to Hagana.

Don't bother yourself too much with historical accuracy, regarding modern Israel-see both Palmach and Hagana were not military units-they were both local militias. After the establishment of Israel in 1948 their members joined up to create IDF. If to be exactl correct, tahen may be(may be!!!) early Golani brigade could be the WW2 infrantry-it,s the closest...Anyhow-doesn't matter too much.
Too bad Merkavah isn't in. I've seen tons of resources, regarding all civ units. I think by now one huge mega=pack can be done, where every civ has it's own units(just the looks-without changing characteristics).

Think of what I've said-UU airborne with "invisibility" bonus, instead of all this infrantry, cause with the recepie, I use in my games-explained above it's still a cheat unit-4 upgrades+faster XP

Done, as you've said, activated the mod in mod-list, started single-player(from the mods menu, of course), but civ didn't show up in a menu...There is just one .modinfo file in the archieve 3.something Kbs...Is that the way it should be?

I'm not sure why that is. It shows up fine by me. What version are you using? Also, are you Dovahkiin on Steam? Bec. he asked me the same thing.

I didn't download it from Steam: I downloaded it from your signature link
Nope, I am not Dovahkin on Steam-only at Skyrim :D

Tried Leugi's civ-everything is displaying fine
What do you mean by version-like civ version-brave new world, of course-the latest-don't remember what it was...

No, I mean what number does it say next to the mod name (MMEC - Israel) on the mods list. All mods have a version number. It should say V5. If it doesn't, something is wierd. Also, maybe the Steam version will work better?

It says V5 I think you should just re-upload it.
Can't try Steam for now. I am using cracked .exe, because original sucked ass - had the "forever loading screens".
It's really weired that there is only one single fime-no xls or something, no additional folders...

I'm trying to re-upload it but it isn't working. I'll keep trying and send you a PM when I get it.

That would be strange-because King David civ by Leugi-appears fine and it's much more demanding, than yours...
