Yup, we should now try and start to sour relations more btwn the others and Toku if we're gonna. The reason for "if" is our 3 defensive pacts. I'm not for sure, but i'm assuming the pacts should assure our votes.

if we have to, though, we should start the war shortly before finishing the UN. But, what are ya'll's thoughts on the war at all??

if we fail the vote then we will do war/vote until we do it with the Back Door Domination(TM)

Basically, if our 3 Defensive Pact partners are all friendly, and not friendly with TOko (which they are not) then we get their vote automatically.

So we just need to make sure that they are, and that the total population of ourselves and our allies is 50%

If anything, we should do our best to woo Monty away. But I think we're golden.

MM in Paris: Scientist -> Engineer (hoping for a Great Engineer to speed building UN when the time comes.)
Maintenance on Delphi (13), Avignon (10) and Grenoble (7) is hurting. We need to build some Courthouses there.
MM shaved a turn off Electricity (now in 18) and increase income to +24 at 50%

    Turn 395 (1760 AD)

    Turn 396 (1762 AD)
    Chartres grows: 8

    Turn 397 (1764 AD)
    Lyons finishes: Bank
Bump research to 60% (-7). Electricity now in 13.
    Grenoble grows: 2

    Turn 398 (1766 AD)
    Lyons begins: Grocer
    Rheims finishes: Ironworks

    Turn 399 (1768 AD)
    Rheims begins: Bank
    Besancon finishes: Library
    Delphi finishes: Library
    Grenoble finishes: Theatre

    Turn 400 (1770 AD)
    Besancon begins: Aqueduct
    Delphi begins: Courthouse
    Grenoble begins: Lighthouse
    Grenoble begins: Library

    Turn 401 (1772 AD)
Lord McCauley rates us # 5 on the Power graph.

    Turn 402 (1774 AD)
Asoka asks for Open Borders - SORRY!
Liz offers Communism + change for Physics: No thank you.
    Marseilles finishes: Courthouse
    Chartres finishes: Bank
    Rouen grows: 8
    Delphi grows: 6

    Turn 403 (1776 AD)
    Marseilles begins: Aqueduct
    Chartres begins: Grocer
    Paris finishes: Grocer
    Avignon grows: 6

    Turn 404 (1778 AD)
    Paris begins: Observatory
    Rheims finishes: Bank
    Grenoble's borders expand
    Yek'burg only 60% Russian now.

Trade Monty Fish for Sheep (We could use the health.)
Peter offers Copper for Uranium: Not right now, thank you.

    Turn 405 (1780 AD)
    Rheims begins: Rifleman
Orleans is building a Market insted of a Grocer! - :smoke: We need health not happiness! Even though Market due in 11, switch to the Grocer.
    Orleans begins: Grocer

    End Turn Summary
Electricity now in 5. Economy at 60% (+22).
Great Leader will be produced in Paris in 4 turns: odds: 34% Engineer, 33% Scientist, 17% Artist or Merchant
Relations with Monty now +5. His relations with Toku are also +5, but he is Friendly with Toku and only Cautious with us. Curious...

Noticed that Rheims could build the Statue of Liberty in ~ 39 turns. (If we had Copper, it would take less.) +1 specialist/city wouldn't be a bad thing.

    Here's the save...
