No, but you can define one.

The first things that the game will ask you is a password... that is the password that you want to have for your nation.

Once downloaded from Tracker using <It's your turn> & are inside your turn of the game... <Esc> , <Your Details> , you'll see the password box. Don't be fooled as i was by the 4 "*" in box; they are just placeholders. Enter whatever password U want of any length.
Be SURE U remember/write it down & perhaps share it with someone U can trust(!). Or use password "depository" thread here created by Bathseeba (i think players can use it?) it's mainly for game admin's to register game & overall password.

Does anyone do it anyway? I wouldnt say that mentioned thread is terribly popular. I can probably just send admin password to some of you so that we are safe

did anyone encounter some kind of guide about best use of this points? tried to search the forums, but nothing was found

GPS earlier today = nice to get this going!

As for using Adv Strt points... hard to say. Depends on game, your civ, & map.

I use mine for city (or cities)+couple of key improvements(if i have the correct techs)+couple of protective units (since raging barbs in this game).
