Bah I hate being away from my computer, quick diplo then I'll send orders:

From: Huvak-coi of the Ushanij
To: Huvak-coi of the Yomkoilat

The lands that your ancestors once possessed have been taken in the sacred right of combat. Acknowledge this fact and give up and claims to them and my forces shall go no further into your lands, refuse this offer and we shall not yield until you have nothing left.

From Huvak-Coi of the Yomkoilat
Yes, yes, of course! I commend the valour and skill of your men. I request a formal Non-Aggression Pact [2 turns].

Very well I agree to a formal non-aggression pact.

Addition to Update 2! Sorry it took so long, Tsoate!
Spoiler :

Pweysel spent large amount of resources on gaining control over previously "uncivilized" lands. The armies burned any inefficient, barbaric tribal villages or jungles in the way of their new settlements. Combat with local tribes was generally succesful - with Pweysel scarcely losing any significant numbers - the tribal communities simply could not not field armies capable of withstanding them. The new settlements, applauded by the Pweyselli peoples as more efficient and eye-pleasing, are constructed in Pweyselli architecture and layout. Additionally, Pweysel sent biremes up two of the major rivers. New lands were mapped, but no major states were discovered.

This has been added to the Gdoc version of Update 2.

Thank you very much for that! :D

I will write new orders this evening.

No prob!

Astantia / L'lellion Alliance:
I realized I forgot to add in your unique unit, so it's there now. I'd love to know what equipment they use, or more details about their tactics and training.

The Ultimatum of Salvan

An envoy ran through the dense jungles and woodlands with a letter in hand. His destination: Sirat-Ree's capital. Days passed and he finally reached their capital. As he walked to the royal temple, he was given stares by the people. he walked up to the ruler said he had a letter for him. He read:

From: Salvan Vai of Timurayam
To: the Ruler of Sirat-Ree

We are of great cultural similarity, and a small population of your country is of the palanist religion, we have an ultimatum for you. convert to palanism, or we will attack you.

The King sat on his small chair as his generals and guards surrounded his table. The war plans were going for hours and the sun have long since sunk beneath the far away hills. Before the king's tent laid a whole camp, and a sight distance away the Lyaponess Castle.

It is a magnificent structure indeed, built quickly with the use of plenty of workers. The King appreciated the architecture, and planned to copy it for future castles he intended to build through his new found conquests. His empire was only beginning to show greatness, and the Lyaponess architecture seemed befitting his rule.

"King, a direct assault on the castle would probably be commiting mass suicide for out army. We do not have any weapons capable of bringing the beast down, but we do have other ways to end this."
"Yes, laying siege to the castle would prove the best way. Leaving a small force, enough to easily tackle any attempt from within to push out, and continuing on our conquest southwards. The Castle will fall when they run out of food."
"And how much food does the castle have?"
"Considering they still have resources entering it, I would say 7 months, but if they have any granaries it could take over a year."
"Isn't a year a little too long for our campaign? Leaving men behind to guard this location would not be good for our continued campaign."
"Yes my king, but that is why we suggest turning to defensive maneuvers against the enemies, have their men die on our spears. But you wish to continue the conquest."
"A Nugaian king without conquest, is not a fitting ruler. You do know the saying, correct?"
"Yes my king. But even while defending on most fronts, we can continue to conquer."
"What is your suggestion?"
"The Ishmen priests and people are the weakest of their alliance, and the only reason they still ally with the Tyricans is because of promised wealth from trade. If they are proven wrong, easily done by breaking their fledging kingdom, they will most likely turn on the alliance, and be pacified. Their lands will not be easy to hold, but, that is a place to construct castles with great defense."
"Diplomat, tell me, did the Ishmen answer my call for peace?"
"No sire. As general Roccio spoken, they do not wish to break their alliance with the Tyricans."
"The fools! Fine then, it is decided. We shall break the Ishmen first.

Orders Sent!

OOC:

The difference between an envoy and a diplomat is slight and really unimportant, for the purposes of the message, it is an invitation for his government officials to visit Manulipa and get to know our people. An envoy is just a messenger, a diplomat has the capacity to represent its government. The two terms are often used interchangeably, or used together.

Also, my stats aren't in the update. Did I do something wrong? Also, orders are coming your way soon.

Only just picked up on this for some reason, sorry! Erm, Justo, could you please adjust in my orders that my envoy visit both Astantia's nation and the NPC nation. Thank you!

From the King of Sirat-Ree
To promote peace and prevent the bloodshed of my people, I shall formally adopt the traditions and practices of Palanism.
