Kael issues with workers and forests/forts.

First I'd like to say your mod is incredible. You've made civ a game I can't wait to play again. I have a few observations though that I'd like to bring up.

1) Elven workers hardly ever improve forests. I've seen some improvements but overall there are just so few not including forts which leads to my second point.

2)Auto-workers want to build forts like crazy. A fort or two near borders is awesome but forts right next to cities or on floodplain terrain is just nuts. I've been forced to take my workers off auto to account for this. Please work on the worker code if you can.

I have Kael issues with a *lot* of things...
 
Maybe we could remove the ability to build forts from Workers and move it to Warriors?

Then you still can build them pretty easy, but the workers won't spam them everywhere.

Thats a possibility. It just seems workers are too inclined to build forts these days which sadly forces me to turn off auto-worker and I hate micro-management.
 
Should be simple enough to do with XML, its an issue that bugs me too.

Of course, you'd have to make it available for the whole melee line, not just warriors ;)
 
To fix the forests problem, the worker's AI sees building on forests as cutting them down, even if the player is elven, so what if all elven improvements were made to be seen like lumber mills, which don't get rid of forests either, yet the AI understands those...or am I getting how the elven improvements work all wrong?
