Germany is interested on not only how Mexico will bomb these countries, but also on the reasons of doing so and how it managed in such a short time to build such large quantities of these new bombs that it claims to have. We do not know whether these weapons that Mexico claims to have are nuclear bombs, but we would like them to re - consider the world - wide consequences of such a thing before acting like that.

Though the Gethic is ally to Mexico and not in good relations with all their supposed targets we will alert Mexico that we are prepared to deploy the Forgotten Eye to monitor possible bomber networks and alert the authorities for the protection of civilians. Vinsin Vancore is a man of mercy and hence states that if you want to bomb somewhere then at least be brave in your threat by means of war. The "Roman" "Emperor" must fall but it is best he falls with the dignity that conquest will grant him, not by means most cowardly.

Due to the utterly insane manner that the President of Mexico is acting in, we can no longer in good conscience recognize the Republic of Mexico. In further detail:

-All national agreements between the United Commonwealth and Mexico are now null and void.
-Any exchange of goods and services between Mexico and the United Commonwealth will end.
-Any and all planes, boats or other vehicles owned by the Mexican "government" will be shot down if they attempt to pass through United Commonwealth territories/waters.
-All Mexican citizens will be deported back to their home country unless they apply for asylum. Diplomatic staff may not apply for asylum.
-All property owned by a Mexican within the United Commonwealth will be seized by the Commonwealth.

This will come into effect in one week, giving Mexicans a chance to safely sell their assets and leave the country. If the Mexican government would like to reconsider their position on attacking these countries then we will reverse these laws and gladly re-welcome Mexico back into the international community.

Yugoslavia would like to state that the Mexican war effort is independent from the Yugoslav war effort and thus Yugoslavia has no control over what the Mexicans do and does not hold any responsibility for any Mexican attack.

CO.PE members are advised to come to the group meeting on the discussion on whether Mexico should be a member of the C.O.P.E or not. Mexico must realize that by embarrassing itself it embarrasses COPE. We cannot allow possible bomb threats which would threaten civilians and attempt to drag a new war to go on without a marker that Mexico is not acting in the interest of her alliance.
