An order varies from player to player, and that depends on what you think of the relation between the player and his country/nation/state/tribe/faction. For me, an order is defining to the Game Master, in this case KaiserElectric, what my country, in this case Germany, will try to do for the following years. An example of an order is the following :

as much as it pains me to say it, you have a point. but since we extending our debt ceilign to 100% of our GDP, we felt that we could literally spend billions. here ill walk you through the math.

45 million people, at an average of 15,000 dollars per capita is 675 billion. i can spend that much. any more and i risk defaulting.

Still you set to bribe instead of, I don't know, hiring a mercenary battalion or developing better defense. You could have done many things but instead you chose to gamble on a nation who may by virtue just want to keep out of the conflict, especially one that does not favor the briber for Italy's involvement is your primal defense at the moment, not your own stand.

the United Kingdom has a per capita income of 43,000. four times richer than us, roughly. i thought i was being reasonable.

dont forget, the timeline was massively altered from WWII onwards. so it could be completely different. people on average will most certainty be poorer. i was just being fair, that's all.

OOC: speak OOC in OOC! The "Emperor" is not suppose to know he is in a alternative timeline... or is this the alternative timeline?

Higher security check meaning and more about how did the law pass​

There is a recent qeustion among the people: what does the Higher security check mean and how many senators have vote AYE for it. We first interviewed the minister of safety, Diana Mario (She changed his family name because he loved Mario):

1: Visa. If you want to enter Mexico and your not Roman or Broken god citizen, you need to say you're nationality,name,middle name (if a country doesn't have,they can say N/A),family name, passport number and your birth date. For roman citizens they will also require a ID number,Job,email address and their families names and middle names. Broken god citizens will also require every thing that the Romans and ordinaries have and also their telephone number, Home/work(if they have a job)/school (must have have all schools they ever went to,including universities and collage) address,their first relatives name,middle name and family name and,religion and political standing and compass.

2: Getting a citizenship: If you want to be a citizen, you must take a test. The test for ordinary people will include a history test only. The Romans who want to be citizen will also require a pledge of allegiance and must promise to not fight in the war for the opposition. For broken god citizens, they will not only take a history test, but a religion test, political test,school test (includes the basic education taught in their country) and a political compass test and can only leave the country if it's an emergency, approved by the government.

3: Extra stuff for entry: The Roman citizen will only require a ID card and their criminal record while the broken god citizens must also have a vaccination certificate which must include 2/3 of the diseases that has a vaccine, a paper that said" I didn't kill any Mexicans", a "Valid Job Permit" which requires to be signed by their boss that shows they have a job said in the Visa and their report card which requires to be at least C- in everything in all grades, collage and/or university.
