Given that all measures are bad for business, terrible for any multinational's public relations arm, and has already started looking down the barrel of increased tariffs and embargoes, no, this isn't a capitalist utopia. See, this only works in a scenario where other countries can't simply raise tariffs against imports from Mexico so high that they're no cheaper than buying from countries with better labor conditions.

I could do an entire essay about each and every flaw of these laws, and I probably will tonight in the Scarlet Press. I have no idea you thought this would be a good idea considering you already lack friends internationally, and what better way to lose even the support of neutrals than unfair labor practices eroding on the wages of every other worker in every other country? Yes, expect tariffs and embargoes and expect all these measures to fail simply because nobody likes dealing with a country engaging unfairly in trade.
