Kal-el: any more sketches coming up someday? Decided on which civ to do next? This thread took ages to look through, and most of it were just OT too...

Hope all of your units gets done: at least the "real" units, I mean not the future stuff. Would be so great having a flavor unit for every civ.... I really liked the WW2 chinese infantry too, it just shows that not all infantry units look the same neither. How would an aztec modern infantry look like for instance?

Somone mentioned that all modern units looks the same, I disagree. Offcourse they look similar, but not the same. There are various designs on airplanes and tanks etc. And perhaps Zulus would have chosen a totally different design?

Right now, I am using the Polynessian warrior as a Zulu Warrior flavor unit (don't know/remember who made it, darn the search function). And other compromised aswell, but I would love to replace them with units based on your sketches - they are all pure beauty

And as someone allready has mentioned, it would be nice if this thread were "cleaned" up, and all the OT stuff got deleted. Would be much easier to look thru this thread then

Also, I was wondering.. what would American Flavor units look like? And not Jet Fighters and Tanks, I mean Bowmen, Knight, Warriors. And Don't anyone sya native American, I mean our America.

I second Goldflash's request as well! Perhaps even before Mongol flavor units!... But not before Roman flavor units.

Ideas: I always imagined the shield on an American Medieval Infantry to be decked out in red, white, and blue stars and stripes!

Hopefully high on the list....African units are in short supply.

I was thinking, without Kinboat, so many good units wouldn't exist.

Oh and Kal-Al, you forgot about the OTHER Inti Warrior that Kinboat made. I actually use both of them, Kinboat's as a Swordsman replacement, and Utahjazz's as a M. Infantry replacement.

One interesting idea would be an Inti "Knight" or something along those lines.

Seriously though, I think the Last Son of Krypton should make a new thread with all his art that hasn't been made into units yet. This thread is kinda cluttered

I have Kinboat's Inti Warrior listed, do you mean his Jaguar Warrior? I thought he made one, but I can't seem to find it if he did.


I was also thinking about redoing some of my other sketches and then starting a new thread without all the crazy discussions.

Also, I see no reason why you can't make Flavor units for Rifleman and Infantry, and the other later units.
