Das do you want to name your government or can i just call it a Monarchy, cause that is what it sounds like. Or a Monarcy with limited powers

It's quite the same; the present description is more accurate. It is, basically, right in between chiefdom and genuine monarchy.

Not bad, though I still think that the tribal character of my government (if not the finer distinction between kingship and monarchy) deserves to be emphasised; furthermore, it is not as though the king's powers are actually limited as such, more a matter that he rules through and with the advice of the tribal nobility, and governs within the structure of a tribal confederacy.

Also, hopefully my population will grow soon.
