Kerbal Space Program

It will never be as cheap as it is now and you will never get the expansions for free ever like you would if you buy it now.

As everyone has said, if you are even the slightest of interest in space, then you need this game. Cardgame recommended it to me 3 months before I bought it. Those three months are the biggest wasted time of my life...

I just saw this.

Hobbsyoyo, you are my cardgame.

But that was fun!

I guess KSP is fun too, so it looks like we're even

Yeah it was a lot of fun (as well as a lot of work). Honestly, the only regret I have over the whole thing was the lack of engagement and feedback from the rest of OT (who seemed all gung-ho about it till it happened). That alone means I'll never do it again, but I don't regret the debate itself one bit. :D

I learned stuff about space, which in the end makes everything worth it.

And speaking of space, 0.20 is out!! And I haven't even played with 0.19 yet

The coolest feature? YOU DON'T HAVE TO START WITH A POD WHEN DESIGNING CRAP

AWESOME

I need to work on a flag for my fictional space company; Poodle Corp. Something cutsy but implies that they'll be the Weyland Yutani Corp of the future.

Having checked (and made my own basic flag)
Flags are png format and 256x160 in size.

Well, I landed a rover on the Mun for the first time. Although you can better call it a controlled crash. Turns out landing something on a celestial body which has no atmosphere is harder than I thought. Next time I'm going to include an ASAS in my Mun lander.

I've already made a Cascadian flag for the time being and put the minimalist flag as an overlay to give it some texture. I'll have to take a picture of it when I manage to get my orbiter and lander into Kerbin orbit with stock parts so I can land on the Mun.

Wow, that new "Skipper" engine is awesome.

Did a testflight with a command pod + 7 orange fuel tanks with "Skippers" - Was able to reach 2700 km with straight upwards flight @ 100% output without asper-staging (compared to 250 km with mainsails on the same setup).

Exactly what I needed. Now my spacecrafts will be at least 20% more efficient! :D

Cool, I haven't played much since 0.18 so it looks like I have a lot of things to try.

I used to have a bunch of old flags somewhere, I need to make a unique one for myself. Until then, I'm using the cartoony "BANG!" flag.

I haven't tried it yet but I hope it isn't OP.

Not really. It is just a large engine between the Poodle and the Mainsail.
...now all I need is a large Nuclear engine and an age of giant rockets shall begin.
:3

Anybody knows how that map filtering works? My Mun rover is listed under 'probes'. I don't know how or if I can change this.

1. Tracking station
2. I think there are buttons you can press.

Testing out a cargo hauler concept. Underpowered but pretty fuel efficient thanks to the nuclear engines. Will probably add two more nacelles on the top and bottom to give it a little more power and just make it a hauler to bring stuff into Mun orbit.
