The cites are a combination of maori villages and towns with maori names so I dont know how accurate it is, but I know the Leaders and the capital town Whanganui-a-tara are accurate. Also before westerners came, the Maori called New Zealand Aotearoa

Good to see someone finally doing a Maori leaderhead, now we just need to create a full civ....shouldn't be too hard

I do think the moko is a little inaccurate however. Traditional moko followed a strongly swirly pattern all over the face; this seems to be a lacking in the forehead. Perhaps if you also added a little purple or greenish tinge to the colouring so it doesn't look too much like his hair (variation in dyes and skin colour can lead to the colours.

Also those are not washable tatoos

And remember, that you will have to replace one of the existing leaders/civilisations, as Civ3 has a fixed limit of 31 civilisations/leaders.
