Kingdom Come: Deception (Game Thread)

^^ Jo, drop backspacing, punctuation, etc... but keep posting pls :)

Sometimes the same thing happens on my phone. Press the "no format" editor and you can write correctly.

I don't want to Lynch Dolby anymore.
You have to use BB codes though if you want bold, etc.

Thank goodness for BB code. In other news, I am legit dropping out because I can't tolerate posting with the website crashing each time I press certain buttons. I'll continue until there is an actual replacement.

Unless, idk, this crap magically disappears in the next few hours.

Oh wait, it is true.

I can break lines.

Well, sorry about that breakdown, I literally had to reload like 10 times.

Tak and I are not masons. I have no idea who gave me the letter, and we cannot exclude the possibility that the letter was delivered into the game in progress night one so no one had it day one. If other people are just names without position other than "villager" it is possible that "stablehand" was more significant than it appeared and I was just destined to get the letter on night one.

I adopted Tak the dog because he did not feel wolfy in his response to my push day one, I can't imagine Arakhor giving out a role of "rebel dog," and I can't imagine our favorite role playing player adopting "I'll pretend to have been given the role of dog." If his role were anything other than "dog" he would be annoying the crap out of us with medieval language, not annoying the crap out of us with barking and whining.

Tims ngl, you towards Tak gives the same energy as me calling LA a Paragon of towniness last game

Is there such a thing as false masons? Considering the setting, could someone be told "you and _____ are brothers, and loyal to the king" while someone else is told "you and _____ are brothers, and he has no idea you are a rebel and has been specifically told that you are not"? I ask, because I am feeling a very strong inclination to believe Dolbster, and a pretty strong urge to lynch Samson for lurking like a smug wolf.

S'okay. If you lynch me I flip town and that weights my reads...now I just need to make good reads.

I mean, there’s like a1% chance but that’s nowhere near worth lynching over without Samson making it to LYLO

@Samson has completely disappeared after a good day one, and while this may be bad form to use the forum has told me that he was at one point at least actively reading the thread. There is a difference between "life has kept me away" and "they seem to think I'm town so I won't say anything to get in their way."

For the record, no, I don't routinely check on players to see if they are reading the thread.

Their are lovers/neighbors etc that don't know each others roles so could be t/w pairings. Considering Dolby said they were told the other is town, this seems like a mason situation.

Pzelda and Raskol have waded into the chaos and worked to clear it.

Vote: @LordArgon

Now is the time to end your shenanigans, one way or the other. Get solving or die, straight up.

We definitely need to proof-test TS's role.

Unvote as TS has enought votes already

Speaking of lurking like a smug wolf...we need a lot more from you than a vote that shows you are current on the thread. You are current on the thread, so we need reads. Well reasoned reads on pretty much everyone.

It seems my unvote was not seen. So let's vote: Rask

Claiming you have a special role but refusing to say what it is on the grounds that it only helps you and not the whole town is just bizarre. I still kinda want to get topsecret in a tie because, between a doctor, 2 masons, a dog, a tiebreaker, and whatever LordArgon is we have at least 5 non-vanilla townie roles claimed, potentially up to 7 if you count whoever started with the letter or you think the Visor had a power role as the priest

That's quite a lot in a game that's supposedly heavy vanilla and I think topsecret is the one most likely to be lying.
