It seems not all the nations of Europe are savage imperialists, perhaps we were to extreme. Although Kongo still stands steadfast to its promise to keep its neighboring nations safe, I propose that the Horn of Africa and my lands remain sovereign from any colonial threat, and that natives of the lands you are colonizing are granted citizenship and equal rights. Kongo does not wish to control land that is the right of other nations. I am clarifying that lands in the Horn are to remain independent, and will not fall into the hands of myself or any other nation.

I find it prudent, then, to strip the Spanish Hapsburgs of any and all claims they have to Africa, and to have their proposed lands split evenly between Scandinavian, French, and British influence.

Believing in savages to have the right to self determination is akin to believing that monkeys should have the right to declare themselves sovereign. It is utterly uncharacteristic of an imperial and distinguished European dynasty.

To the misguided Scandinavian Savages obviously you have never heard of a personal union, we are not Spain subjugating Austria, We are the Hapsburg dynasty, Rulers of Austria and Spain, and we only wish to reclaim what is rightfully part of the Hapsburg Empire.

Kongo will NOT be disrespected like that. If Scandinavia continues to colonize African soil, Kongo will take it as an act of war. However, I will continue to negotiate with other European nations in hopes that an agreement will be reached.

I have no idea what you mean by subjugating entire civilizations. The land Scandinavia is hoping to colonize in Africa has no civilization to speak of, merely a collection of mud huts and ignorant savages.

There are 29 provinces in Africa.

5 of them are owned by Congo.

Thus, if we were to leave the Congolese as is, that leaves 24 provinces for the Europeans. 6 each would be reasonable, IMO:

France: Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Mali, Senegal
Spain: Guinea, Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, Somalia, Eritrea
Britain: Cape, Kalahari, Natal, Mozambique, Madagascar, East Africa
Scandinavia: Cairo, Asyut, Sudan, Sudd, Chad, Ethiopia.

Scandinavian acquiring East Africa and/or Cameroon would be perfectly reasonable in my books.
