Leader depiction elimination thread

Hello guys. Some people may remember that we've had this thread running and finished once (with Cyrus the Great winning), but since April 2017 when the thread was active, two DLCs and R&F expansion are released and 12 new leaders are in game, I think it is time to make a new round that includes these new leaders.

Rules are simple:
- Try vote roughly once per 24 hours. If you want to post significantly sooner (few hours), add a reason.
- You add only one point to the choice you want to support.
- You take away three points from the choice you want to eliminate.
- You have to give reasons to your vote.
- Changing leaders to upvote/downvote isn't necessary. You can vote for the same leaders any number of times in a row.

Montezuma I - (20-3)=17 Not a fan of how ridiculous Monty looks, the Civ1 version of Monty is even more historically accurate (Yes I know that was Monty II instead of Monty I, but the first one would have dressed similar to his descendant). No need for the Quetzal feathers! His face doesn't even look like any indigenous Mesoamerican man (I've seen people compare it to Weird Al Yankovic). It's like Firaxis is intentionally making the Aztec leaders look less and less historically/ethnically accurate for some reason.

And to make it even better, they've decided to give him one of the best leader models in R&F. I also like his VA, who sounds like an energic and good leader.

I didn't participate in the past thread, so I'm not exactly sure what the standards are. Is it about optics ? Cyrus has one of the best -and as far as I can tell most accurate- leader models ?
The agenda/AI behaviour ?
How the gameplay bonuses correspond to their historical strengths ?

Anyway, I'll vote based on a combination of all of the above.
Oh, and I'll try to ignore Gilgamesh completely since he's more mythical than historical.

OK, so basically everthing except gameplay bonuses. Sounds reasonable.
Edit: I assume UI and UU also don't count ? Of course not, if you tried to explain submarines to Barbarossa he'd think you're insane.
