it has some skin tone and beard, but honestly, it won't help very much, because you just can't get good face with basic p4 model, it's very primitive - no asian morphs, actually almost no morphs at all. try to get M2 as soon as you can, things will get much easier.

It's not a face, it's a texture. Go to materials room, choose a body area (that P4 model has one "skinbody" area both for face and body) and load the texture.

Shiro, is it Poser 4 or 5 ? In 5 you have face morphs including Asian ones (although they look really ugly).

Remarks :

- modern cloths (the suit) : it gives him bulky shoulders that don't fit. Others are ranging from OK to good so no pb for them.
- he still looks a bit cartoonistic, maybe because of the eyes. Make them a bit narrower maybe ?
