Not the attributes. The order in which they will be introduced is already revealed though.

If she does, that's a pretty hard thing to swallow. I mean, redcoats are pretty distinctive of the era, not having them...I'm not sure I could ever play as her.

I don't see why she should keep the redcoats if that persona is supposed to portray a more industrial/scientific side of Victorian age, as opposed to the spread of the British Empire?
The same thing will happen with Varangian Harald losing the Viking Longships.

There's a small part of me hoping that they rework England and give Elizabeth the Sea Dog and make the civ UU the Longbowmen instead.

Yep! It's an elliptical phrase (which means part of the phrase is omitted: "I wouldn't hold your breath [if I were you]"; the second part is implied). It's an idiom that means something you're hoping for is unlikely to happen soon (so if you hold your breath waiting for it, you'll run out of breath).

This is a great answer. I used to be a teacher-trainer in EFL, and a big issue is that people rarely say the full idiom. They say 'Good to see you're getting the worm!' when you turn up early for work, and then outsiders, whether non-natives or just speakers of a different dialect, get very confused.

I have Eleanor of England in my current game - I put all the personas and alternative leaders in - and she does not make it feel like England at all. France is in the same game, and I have to look at the colours very carefully to work out which city belongs to who.

In all seriousness, for sure it'll have to drop sometime in December based on FXS's tentative release schedule.

Probably in the next three weeks or so. 6 packs in 5 months means a pack a month, with an extra one somewhere. Probably every four weeks.

There are 18 weeks in the schedule with 6 packs, but one has already been released, so 5 packs in 18 weeks. I'd say, given that it probably won't be finishing at the end of the final week, with space for delays etc, that's basically one every three weeks.

That would predict the next pack coming on 12th December or maybe 19th for Christmas.

In the livestream Ed did hint that the final pack would drop on March 15th (Ides of March). Tentatively, of course.

If that's the case, dividing equally gives around 23 days in between each drop, or as @Linklite stated roughly one drop approximately every 3 weeks. Which puts the pack 2 release the week of December 12th.

Also, this anakysis is very interesting, but I have to say that Tokugawa, IMO, is somewhat stronger than Hojo and synergizes with Japan's CA better.
