Leaderhead creation

Here's my first attempt, and indeed my first leaderhead that isn't just something of Putmalk's that he let me use:

Unbelievable! Could just as easily be a leader from the vanilla game. In fact, this is more exciting to me as half of the leaders that will be in the Vannila game! How long did that take you to make?

Not necessarily. It works for me and looks much better than it did scaled down. You'd meet a leader face-to-face and it's allowed me to make it a more detailed character.

I don't think we need to be too wedded to Firaxis style... some would beg to differ.

I agree that it seems somewhat too close. Especially if you're seeing it on a 1920x1080 monitor, or anything above that. I really like the clothes and scenery, but she looks really "perfect" in terms of hair colour, skin tone, complexion and makeup (which comes across as a bit anachronistic).

Would you consider making any changes to the background? An oil painting style background would fit in with the visuals of the game better I feel.

Looks really cool but i believe you need to work more on the skin of the characters because they still come off kinda weird. Clothes look amazing though.

She's not black! A little dark-skinned, but we do have sun here in Yorkshire and it's been over 30 degrees this week, so it's the same skin tone as I've seen all around me .

I definitely agree she doesn't look black, just caught a little sun. But since when is Yorkshire the new Florida?
