New civs please... New leaders is dumb we can mod that ourselves easy :P.. what i want to see is more new civs with powerful yet balanced UU's. I dont really like the multiple leader thing to be honest, id rather have all the civs from civ3 with just one leader ;P.

Emperor Meiji should definitely be in for Japan. Maybe Aggressive, Organised.

Some new civs.
Khmer Empire
Siamese Empire
Babylonian Empire
Iroqious
Portuguese Empire
Dutch Empire
Ethiopian Empire
Hittite Empire

Bring Babylonians back!!
Leaders might be Hammurabi and possibly also Nebuchadnezar (I hope it's written correctly!).

I'd introduce an australian civ, maybe Maori!

Extra leaders could be:
J.F.Kennedy (Americans)
Cleopatra (Egyptians)
Joan d'Arc (Frenchs)
Agamennon (Greeks)
Marcus Aurelius (Romans)
Nero (Romans)

thanks to your help please dont post repeats

If there are 10 leaders added like Warlords these are my choices, based on personal preference and being realistic (famous leaders only)
America: Abraham Lincoln
China: Tang Xuanzong
Japan: Meiji
Ottomans: Osman I

Babylon: Hammurabi
Byzantine: Constantine (or Justinian)
Ethiopia: Zara Yaqob
Maya: Smoke-Jaguar
Portugal: Henry the Navigator
Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh

Others I really wanted to add:
China: Wang Mang or Kangxi wouldn't be bad either
France: Cardinal Richelieu!
Inca: Pachacuti
Netherlands: William of Orange
Rome: Marcus Aurelius
Sumeria: Gilgamesh

Actually...

My preference would be to look at the matrix of leader traits, and find worthy historical leaders which make sense to have that trait. For example, let's have a Philosophical/Industrious leader. Or, a Spiritual/Imperialistic. Or, Financial/Organized.

Wodan

I really think we should get replace some leaders like Mao Ze Dong, he is not a ruler, he murdered everyone then blamed the victims.

China - Han Wu Di
Egypt - Cleopretra (I was furious when she was not a leader)
England - Henry VII and son Henry VIII
France - Charmelgde (How do u spell it)?
Germany - Willaim I
Ottomans - Sueilman the Magnificent
Japan - Emperor Hirohito

Philosophical/Industrious and Financial/Organized shouldn't exist!

As for Spiritual/Imperialistic, I don't know why Isabella didn't swap Expansive for Imperialistic in Warlords. That should at least happen in the next expansion, with Gilgamesh of Sumeria being Spiritual/Expansive (although I'm not very sure about the Sumerian civilization in the first place).

China - Mao is FINE! China is communist today, so why not include China's first communist leader (no matter how selfish he was).
Egypt - Cleopatra was actually Macedonian. Her Egypt was the last of Alexander the Great's empire to fall into Roman hands.
England - I'd rather have Henry V. He won the Battle of Agincourt against all odds.
France - I second Charlemagne. Jeanne d' Arc is too young to lead France. In my game of Warlords that I was just playing, I discovered Fascism first, therefore getting the Free Great General named Jeanne d' Arc. Her going up from a prophet (like somebody said so) to a general is ENOUGH!!!
Germany - I want Hitler in the game! It's a surprise that he's not in already. I also like the Barbarossa idea (Frederick I Barbarossa did reforge the Holy Roman Empire). Maybe Arminius can be a German leader as well to give Germany a little "Ancient stuff".
Ottomans - Whoever said Mustafa Kemal Ataturk is out of control here! Ataturk ENDED the Ottoman Empire. I do like the Suleiman the Magnificent and Osman ideas, though. Maybe it should just be called a generic Turkish civilization instead of Ottomans.
Japan - Hirohito is definetely the best idea for a new Japanese leader. I suppose Hideyoshi Toyotomi, Oda Nobunaga, and Jimmu (the first emperor of Japan) could also work.

Philosophical/Industrious and Financial/Organized shouldn't exist!
Why?

I don't know why they didn't do that, either. However, I don't know of any reasons why this should have been done. What reasons do you have?

Wodan

If America has a new leader for the next expansion pack, it should be James K. Polk. I understand he isn't particularly well known, but the Americans annexed the territories of Texas, Oregon, and California during his terms. He would be Imperialistic/Opportunistic (I came up with the Opportunistic trait myself).

Failing that, definetely Thomas Jefferson or, better yet, James Monroe.

Maybe Andrew Jackson could come in, too. But I'm not so sure about Lincoln. I understand the whole "Emancipation Proclamation" thing, but I want James K. Polk as a new American leader the most.

I would like to see Israel in game - it's a shame that they didn't fit in - there is Judaism! :) as for leader - one of old kings I think.
Obviously I would like to see my native Poland, leaders: Kazimierz Wielki (Casimir The Great), Władysław Jagiełło (Jagailo), Jan III Sobieski (John III Sobieski) and Józej Piłsudski. Maybe also Lech Wałęsa (he is on score board ;)) and John Paul II (maybe as a prophet :) )
I would like also to see Portugal, Netherlands and Khmer.
