We believe that if ZX's Golden Squad were to infiltrate the security during the event we would be able to capture this traitor to humanity and interrogate him. We have reports of Sectoids assisting the ADVENT security forces, so our operatives will need to be extremely cautious. Background (optional): Black Eagle was conceived early during the alien invasion as a Plan B in the event of a total defeat against the hostile invasion force by members of the German military. When most of the civilian leadership balked at the idea of sacrificing manpower and resources to create such an organization, the Bundeswehr began the formation of Black Eagle anyway, tapping sympathetic politicians to hide funding for the clandestine group behind red tape in the unrelated Hohenzollern Act. The creation of Black Eagle was carried out largely by the KSK, who worked in tandem with GSG-9 to tap recruits for the covert ops program. KSK even received assistance from the Polish Special Forces, the Wojska Specjalne, who provided a base outside of Germany for Black Eagle as well as a captured alien spaceship which the Polish Government, as far as they knew, had no use for. When XCOM did fall and the aliens took control of the Earth, no evidence of any such Plan B existed. As far as the ADVENT knows, Black Eagle does not exist, and after twenty years no such group composed of the finest special forces personnel in Germany is emerging to strike back against the alien aggressors.

Background (optional): The Phoenix Brotherhood is an ancient and secret organization, officially dating back to the Russian Civil War, However some speculate that it could be far older, dating back to Justinian or even Alexander. The Phoenix Brotherhood is lead by Prometheus who members of the Brotherhood worship as a messiah like figure. Hiding in the shadows, taking technology and whatever influence they could get their hands on during the war, the Brotherhood was ready to enter the world scene when XCOM won... when XCOM failed however the Brotherhood's main base in Mount Kazbek was destroyed, and their influence shattered. Now they fight a guerilla war from The Vulture, the Brotherhood's captured spaceship, in an attempt to fight off the Aliens and regain their influence.
