I'm having a bit of trouble with the hair. Not sure where to go with it really. There isn't really anyone else's I can use, so I was considering using a turban and re-shaping it to hair, but it's not looking great.

Not well at all. Any ideas for how to create her hair are still appreciated. I don't think the turban's going to work.

Have you considered redoing Franco by placing him in a version of DeGaul's uniform with a version of Stalin's hat? I think the head is good, but the rest would make a big difference in his overall quality.

NikNaks; do you have the stuff for Thatcher? Becuase I'd like to replace Henry VIII with Thatcher in my mod.

Okay, i've tried it, but the model is not the problem.
When i look in nifscope, he looks like on the picture in the starting-post.
But ingame he has these staring eyes.
Tried to move it back, but only -0.1 on the y-axis leads to a strange graphical effect .
