My guess is that he thought if he posted than all those whinny ♥♥♥♥♥es would realise how much better his design was than anyone else's

I tried to google translate it, but it was too terrible. But yeah, he's trying to rally people for some reason.
It does also include a facepalm, so i think it's something negative.

IMO, it's human nature to believe you're in the right, regardless of what everyone else thinks. He might be trying to incite a reaction as well, i.e. hoping people will just go along with "oh yeah they're super racist" without doing any checking of their own at all. In the words of Simon and Garfunkel, a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest.

I also posted a comment in one of the discussion threads explaining in plain terms, why he was in the wrong, and what he should do to make amends, didn't insult him or anything.

EDIT: I have filled a report, he no longer gets any single bit of sympathy from me. He keeps on repeating how the mods are there for the community and stuff like that, and yet deletes every comment the community left him. Hopefully the Steam support is useful. Thanks for all the support guys, this is by far the best community I was ever a part of.

Wow, uh, what a time to return to this thread :3 A curious narrative to be sure. I think many people would agree Patritoism makes the worst design I'm surprised the guy still has an account on Civ Fanatics.

And Firebug, your steam profile pic matched that picture quite well, gave me a chuckle.

On a slightly different topic, is it possible to provide any time estimates of a Laos release (if that's still a thing)?

Pretty sure Laos is on hold until a model for it's UU can be sourced (basically when Leugi returns) - though I think it's been mentioned that the mod is largely finished asides from this.

Hopefully we can see some sort of Tomatekhian Early Release until the unit model can be sourced, so that all of the work that went into the mod isn't for nought should Leugi not return.
