Normally, I don't mind if people want to reuse some smaller assets from my mods (i.e. not just essentially re-releasing the whole thing under his name), but this guy has been such a jerk--and I'm sure Leugi would agree--that I don't think I'll be giving permission.

I hope we will see the Turkey befor Civ 6.

I dunno man, I'd hope that we'd be able to see the Yuan, Laos, Tunisia and the Ainu because they're the civs that have been referred to at various points as having work done on them.

Turkey has a Leaderscreen - but beyond them I'm pretty sure it was pretty badly hit with Viregel's resignation from Civ Modding.

Here's hoping that the Civ VI trailer prompts a return from Leugi so we can see the Olmec and Laos before Civ VI launches *pipedream*

I'm (vaguely) back now, the main issue being that I can't load Civ games, which is a problem I'd love to see Turkey released as well, though it really depends on if I can code it well enough (and I have exams on at the moment as well, so they should probably take priority).
