just to let u know, the massive statues in Venustas are of Feanor and Fasra the first two kings of Myocaca, and once finished should turn Venustas back to a cultural center

According to my last set of orders (which may or may not have been followed) the only persecution of New Eldists anymore is that everyone (not just New Eldists) has to join a regional militia group or pay for a substitute. So it doesn't really require dedication, just a comfortable wealth (or the abandonment of their values).
