If you're in a pseudo-Indian mood, then I have just the nation for you (my current one, Rajkutra). There'd be a few things to explain, but otherwise it's not too highly involved in the bloodbath yet.

(I wouldn't leave the NES, just cause some chaos elsewhere)...
