The Valin Republics of Veritas announce the creation of three sovereign states:

The Republic of Neaveritas, ruled from Redemption.
The Republic of Norvalin, ruled from Unias.
The Imperial Republic of Paleaveritas, ruled from Lux.

The Imperial Republic of Paleaveritas is a constitutional monarchy. Emperor Erias III rules in Lux, but cannot overrule the decisions of the elected Tactikrator and Assemblum. In Paleaveritas, Khemrans and Valins will live in religious and political equality.

The Valin Republics will remain united and autonomous. The Assemblum of each Republic will nominate delegates to an Eldarium. The Eldarium will act as a high court for all Valins, interpreting the laws of each Republic and arbitrating disputes between them. The Eldarium also has the binding power to declare war and peace for ALL of the sovereign Republics. The High Eldarium of the Valin Republics will be located on the Holy Isle of Veritas.

The Barony of Hugion would like to improve our relations. Our sea trade is important to our economy, and as such securing access to the open sea is critical to our defense. We propose a formal treaty of friendship with the following principles:

1) Recognition of each other state, their sovereignty, our current land borders, and an non-aggression agreement.
2) An open-seas agreement for commercial shipping of our respective sovereign nations in the bay* that borders both our shores.
3) Agreement to co-operate on policing and protecting the bay and commercial trade ships from pirates.
4) Open ports between our two sovereigns (though customs will still be allowed).

Abbot Ferak the Seventh lay upon his bed sheet in the Great Room in the old Abbey. The old man gasping for each breath and his skin was colorless even upon the white of the sheet. He was surrounded by orderlies and his council all dressed in white fear in their eyes as the Abbot fell towards death.

“ Revan…” Ferak said gasping barely understandable “Lead us to greatness.”

Revan stood at the head of the bed the only one dressed in blue signifying his position of Minister of the Abbey.

“Revan, spread the love of Envia and her followers will listen.”
With that the Old Abbot closed his eyes. Revan stepped forward to place the bed sheet up over Ferak’s head. The winter had proven just too much for the Abbot.

The rest of the attendants solemnly left the room.
The new Abbot stepped into the study, a relatively large room immersed in books. Revan walked slowly over to the desk where notes were kept on the dealings in the Abbey. He wrote the year, the past Abbots name and the succeeding Abbot.

The robe room was his next stop donning a crisp red rode signifying his new position as Abbot. He strode out into the courtyard where the people of the Abbey watched, many of the women being the wives or widows of soldiers in the north.

He nodded as he passed taking the main path towards the walls of wood. That enclosed the main part of the city. The snowy peaks of the area towered over the abbot as he passed along the walls over looking his new nation.

You have defeated all of the Loyalist forces within Khemri proper, but Old Veritas is no longer under your control. We have no desire to attack Khemri, since we have already gained what we seek, and Khemri surely cannot want to continue fighting the combined forces of the Loyalists, New Veritas, Norvalin, Kalmar, and Kehexou after already fighting a civil war.

So, we propose the following treaty:

ARTICLE I. King Erias III will become Emperor of the Imperial Republic of Paleaveritas, sharing power with the people. Lord Enrae will be appointed the Stratikrator of this state, and the Assemblum will be composed of legally elected Khemrans and Valins. The armed forces of Ptolemaic Khemri will continue to serve the Imperial Republic, or be offered land on which to settle. Any Khemrans living in Paleaveritas that wish to return to Khemri can do so.

ARTICLE II. The Imperial Republic of Paleaveritas, the Kingdom of Kehexou, and the Anabetan Kingdom of Khemri will all recognize each other's legitimacy. Valin, Khemri, and Kehex must have their own independent state, if these needless wars are to stop.

ARTICLE III. The Imperial Republic of Paleaveritas and the Anabetan Kingdom of Khemri will sign a Non-Aggression Pact, for the duration of 50 years.

ARTICLE IV. All parties will agree to the following borders:

Iggy, I'm slightly confused. I spent six turns on a single project, through it took much longrt, but it disappears one turn from completion? I can it being set back because of the chaos, but to lose all that after it survived two collapses?

EDIT: My project didn't disappear- it went to the Dengari? Why? Dava and Boro are both within my borders.
