LINESII- Into the Darkness- Part III

Well, my queston was due to the fact Thy supposively gave it to me two turns ago :}. In addition, how would Gammorea get it before me?

Gamorrea leached it from the Citadel. They have/had a better relationship with it than you.

I had just built a ton of roads and made efforts to "receive" as much knowledge from The Citadel just before it spread :p.

Have you not noticed we stopped marching? The war is over, make peace at current borders, and leave us alone.

Strange; we were under the impression that you were going to take fairhelt's land... not create some huge state right above ours. We don't mind if you want to wait another turn in our land, but we won't tolerate the creation of a lengel state to our north. In short, cede it all back to Gamorrea, or we will be seriously perturbed.

1.) O.o. I border the Citadel in more areas than he does! Look at all those little outposts, and then the mian Citadel, that are near me and I haven't learned anything yet! In addition, why are my people perceived as such phobics? Davar is the oldest surving region tolerating freedom of religion (which should have an eldist minority in the northern reaches), the only thing that has been inflicted on the eldists was a mild tax and higher rates for goods and services that last for around 1-2 turns, and the Citadel has always been in good standings with Davar/Ardan. Not to mention Orum (nearly entierly Eldist), and the fact that Ardan and Citadel have no had an issue against each other.

2.) In addition, I want to know why Orum is set so against me- I never slaughtered their people ( I pointed out that it was the Gammoreans (NOT ME!) a while ago), and the lossess they suffered were minimal. I can see a mild resistence deveolping for independence, but the invasion was several generations ago. Orum has been granted more and more freedoms lately, and yet they're just gettin angrier.

3.) Supposively, Thy gave it to me several turns ago. It was that reason in fact that I attacked Gorin and gave him my support for a second time. In addition, Veritas has been Imperial for several turns, and I have't gotten anything from their people?

4.) Is there ANY point of paying for education in this NES?

Thanks, not that it means much now...

1. Sorry... for a start, you were at war when the Citadel had its last round of charity.

2. You set the stage perfectly for it to happen. And most of the problems are from Orumo barbarians, who are fighting against you. The people in Orum are generally ambivalent to both you and them (small exceptions on both sides, of course).

3. If Thlayli can say that he's giving it to you, then I'll edit it into the stats.

4. Your people are quite well-informed of the rest of the world, and know how to have 3 regions in a cold, developing region called Arcadia. Your best minds have typically not been focused on science, though you could make them work on technological advancement if you'd like.

That was our agreement, but our republic can no longer agree to such terms. The Merhai culture must be preserved, and Gammorrea does not seem concerned in this area. This troubles us greatly.

Thlauli said he gave it to me already :(.

Anyways: I didn't know war with someone else stopped trade with a third party :). In addition, you didn't answer why the same wouldn't work with Norvalin in terms of osmosis :).

I can think of...well, a lot of bad jokes right now, but I think I'll spare you all. :p

Yep, Imperial Age to Ardan. I think I mentioned it in the orderset before last. And the technology would probably have diffused from Norvalin at any rate.

Iggy, the all-powerful conspiracy wants a PM! NOW!

@iggy, is Trinlin willing to negotiate any land cessations to Rozan? Or is ALL of thier land holy land or somesuch.

What lands do you want. Ideally, they want their cities along the river, and would like Orvit (on the coast). But they can compromise.

Coming JD...

OOC: *is paranoid* Does the new Trinlin have anything against Guangfei?

OOC: Yeah, I kinda have an interest in keeping some of the land I "liberated".

Other than it's a blatant ripoff of China and an insult to the originality of thier nation, no ;)

@a propagandist, if you have a land partition proposal, you can propose it.

As an informal and unorganized statement, I propose that:

Destre:
-The southern mountain range and the 2 cities there come under Destrian control
-Orvit and all of the coast remains in Destrian control

Rozan
-should get the Eastern pocket of land along with several of the cities(to be discussed between your two nations)
-East side of the river
-free passage through Orvit

Trinlin
-the capital
-West side of the river
-control of several of the river cities (to be discussed between your two nations)
-free passage through Orvit

Mags
-a buffer state in the north between Guangfei and Trinlin
-the watchtowers/forts on the borders
