I would hold off attacking the Brazilian under we have a few Gauchos. I really want our GA starting in M60A3TTS turn.

I disagree with the military police upgrades. If we upgrade the coastal cities the AIs will be less likely to bother with invasions. We don't have a military rail-net yet. In addition, every upgrade increases our military rating. That could be the difference in a civ declaring a war. If the cash is left during my turn I will upgrade everything possible.
At only $30 each I would upgrade all knights except elites.
A very mixed turn set. The tech situation is excellent. We have Military Tradition and have made excellent progress into the Industrial Ages. We can lay rails and build the all-powerful railnet. We can now trip our GA.
The Venezuelan front was very bad IMO. We rushed to fast to kill them. We failed to have settlers to replace the cities. We are now stuck with Babylon in South America and the Aztecs have another city behind our lines.
What happened to the settlers to reclaim the territory?

Remember 5 to 10 turns per round - STRICT 24 hours got it, total 48 hours to at complete. Once the game starts dragging 48 hours to at least report a status update.
