LK166, Dutch, CCM, UN victory target

I am assuming CCM. We might go back to regular civ at some point, but there is more to explore with the CCM mod; especially with it still in development.

How about on one of the 2 smallest size maps, with the most land and least water possible, plus old (so not to many mountains)?
