Anyone know who has this save? I just set up eMail fowarding to my new eMail address; and am concerned that it works properly. I havn't seen this game for like a week and a half or so...

I'd like to hear from fegguk first before we start looking for someone to fill his role. He might have a legitimate reason, assuming it's him that's holding us up.

I don't mind if life intrudes and people can't play their turn for a few days. But barring a true emergency, I think we all have a responsibility to check in and keep the other players informed if there's going to be an unusual delay. We've been stuck on fegguk for almost two weeks now.

All right, it's been 3 days, and no word from Fegguk. He hasn't even logged in to the forum since the 2nd. I think he might have lost all access to the net, and can't get to us. If that's the case, there's no telling when he'll be able to get back into the swing of things. What do you guys want to do?

And/or we could start another PBEM with "faster" players.

I'd rather we find a replacement then start over again. I mean we're what, over 50 turns deep into this game?

Hi. Sorry. I was SO - couldn't get out of bed - sick last week. Sorry for being absent. I agree we should look for a replacement at this point. I won't be able to start looking for one until Monday or Tuesday however. If any of you are in other PBEMs, and want to as there go for it. Otherwise just hold on, and I'll start looking for one early in the week.

Hi everyone. I sent out a few PMs. And asked two real life friends who have played Civ 4 in the past - to no avail. Unfortunately I don't really have the time hunt around for replacements at this point in my life or for the forseeable next several months. Work has overburdened me, as well as too many personal responsabilities.

The point is, I am unable to continue hosting this game. I would love to continue to play in it, if someone else wants to take up the responsabilities of host. And to be honest I have enjoyed playing with all of you a lot. Otherwise, sadly I think we should consider the game closed.

Sorry for the bad news, but I think it is most honourable to be honest about my status.
