@Hydro: Do you have any graphics for the Chakram (posted a few pages ago) yet? It is the only one from before I have not made, and I can't make it until I have graphics for it.

Not yet. I think Voyhkah was attempting to make it. Its also on the list I sent to dacubz145. And then there is Kathy who made the Blowgunner for me (us).

Fixed, although for some reason the problem was that I put the BONUS_ITALIAN inside the techtypes tag, as opposed to the bonustypes tag:crazyeye:. I'm amazed it didn't cause an XML error.

All references of this type just do an (untyped) lookup of the name to the correspnding id, so that name (in ANY context in which ANY type of id is expected) will always resolve to the numeric value of the id for the defining type, and will thus give a bad reference (which may or may not be out of range, but isn't in this case because there are far less resources than there are techs)

What animation should the Katara Warrior (from page 9) use? I've tried the Maceman, Swordsman, and Light Swordsman animation, and none of them have worked.
 
On the Promo CAMOUFL . . . Is this completely different from the Invisible CAMOUFL . . . and if so how do we need to implement it to units. Also i personally dont like the btn for it, maybe Aevum can make a better one.

One really good thing i saw was the new terrain features listed in the Promotion, nice job there, i believe ALL our Promotions need to be updated??
 
fyi, I am working on getting the Beast Master (Warlord) by SaibotLieh in as an alternate time line unit. It needs to upgrade to an colonial or industrial era unit. Any suggestions?

Well when we first put in the terrains I made special custom promotions for them (ex. Rugged Combat, Wetland Combat and then extended Arctic Combat and Desert Combat. Also Woodsman promotion was extended to use Bamboo too.

I am not sure what other promotions need to be changed to our terrain. Perhaps some new ones for the new types of Oceans/Coasts.

However this is not the right thread to talk about promotion ideas.

What do you have planned for it so far? I was actually looking at the unit because it had a bullwhip.

I saw that unit as well, and my plan for it was to make it an Ancient unit which, when and animal was on the same tile as it, they would have an option to add a promotion to the Beastmaster, ie a bird could add "Beast - Bird" which gives +1 LOS or something, the same could be done for other animal groups. This would make the unit a National Unit (limit 5). Is that possible with the current Outcome System?

Also, it need not be Alt-Timeline, ancient cultures did use beastmaster-types in real life.
