I noticed the Light Tank (60), Tank (50) and Heavy Tank M26 (60) all come at the same time.
I think the Light Tank's strength should be reduced to 40 and Heavy Tank M26 should be renamed to just "Heavy Tank".

Yeah, not only are those spot on upgrade paths from what I can see, the naming is so much more effective from a player angle for understanding the purpose of the varied air forces.*phew* Many thanks to intlidave for helping sort this out.

1. Airships are DH's, so he'll need to change those.
2. Who added these planes anyways? Their modular structure is a complete and utter mess! I've had to make UNITCLASS_MODERN_FIGHTER the Stealth Fighter, and UNITCLASS_JET_FIGHTER the Modern Fighter in order to accomadate your changes, and I'm still not sure that I did it right. Please tell me what else I've missed, as I'm pretty sure this will take multiple passes to get somewhat right.
Cities have no airbasing values at that stage of the game so we need to add a building that increases the amount of air units that can be based in the city for them. Said new building should obsolete at the time other air bases come into play (or they should replace said building.)Oh? Whats causing it not to be able to base in a city?
