No, it's not. A division is equal to 10 000-20 000 men each. 100 Divisions is 1 000 000-2 000 000 people.

President Guadalupe Victoria was last seen stepping into a blue booth which appeared to hold some sort of advanced telegraph machine. He has yet to be seen since, and is presumed dead.
