Right, Azale has been online and has posted in other threads, but has not posted here and has not responded to my PM. Can we now assume that Peru is NPC, at least until he says otherwise? I don't have a lot of time, and I really need a response.

You know, it would be much easier for me to send orders if Peru would tell me if they want peace. Couldn't you at least give me a provisional NPC response, which Azale can overrule if it turns out that he's still playing?

Oh yea, The government surrenders but a general has about 5 divisions in the south near La Plata and is still wanting to fight.

The United Kingdom desires to announce that, following the surrender of the Peruvian government, it has decided upon the fate of that country.

1) The Peruvian Emperor shall abdicate, and he and his family shall renounce all claim to that title. In place of the Peruvian Empire, a Republic shall be established, with the aid of the United Kingdom.
2) The former Peruvian Empire, now the Republic of Peru, shall cede its territories to the United Kingdom as shown.
3) The former Peruvian Empire, now the Republic of Peru, shall pay the sum of four million pounds to the United Kingdom.
4) The Republic of Peru shall become a protectorate of the United Kingdom
