We meet the dutch, they are backwards people, they don't know anything we don't can sel some techs but they have just 89 gold. Next player to decide.

There are 2 settlers on their way south, looks like the hittities will land another settler on our continent. I would like to take them on after the Japs, they are getting annoying.
There a quite a few settlers being constructed. Mono in 6 now making 23gpt.

I've just started to use civassist, but tghis resulted in a couple of riots even though civassist didn't metion does anyone know why this is? Happend both with Copan en CI.
 
You may want to check what alerts you have set up for CAII. There is a lot of different choices on the alert tab, perhaps you don't have the appropriate one checked off? Also, I have it so it jumps to the front at the start of every round, you may want to check that too.

Good to see we're getting some elites there. Try to use them on easy victories so we don't waste them.
 
I haven't set up any allerts but checked the cities tab. Orange cities are about to revolt, but also cities which weren't orange (but yellow) revolted. Will keep an eye on this. Maybe I just forgot to look one turn but it happend more then once...

I lost one elite sword against a reg archer in the open, whats the odds on that.
 
Is it possible that you changed something to affect the cities after CAII checked them? IE dropped lux, changed specialist, something like that? I know, probably pretty obvious, but without having experienced it, it's tough to say. If they were yellow, then I doubt the alerts tab would have been much help.

As for those odds, well we all know about the vagaries of the rng. Heck, I had a reg warrior win vs a vet horse, so it all evens out eventually. :)
 
I probably made some mistake after watching civassist, I'll keep my eye on it but if no one else has had this problem it's probably my fault. Fortunatly the difficulty setting is not very high so it won't effect the outcome of the game.

I thought we were gone spare Kyoto for now until they finished their wonder. I would build workers in the former Japanese cities not libs, these will be useless until we get the FP.

Neither save is working for me either. Try posting an autosave from one of the last turns.

Incidentally, I think you may have played 11 turns, pretty sure you were supposed to finish at 250 AD.
 
No huge deal about the number of turns, but at 20 yr intervals, pretty sure you would finish at 250AD, getting the handoff at 50AD. *Generally*, the turns finish on somewhat rounded off numbers. You can always check on the victory status screen and see what turn number it is. Should be ending on a multiple of ten.

What do we want to do about the turns? Do you want to play them again then, or do you want to just take a pass this round and the next person can grab the previous save?
