We learn Steam and sold it to the Chinese for Dyes which with some MP shifting at home pacifies the populationh but since we have no iron and buying it will bankrupt us, sell our coal (by Allegheny) to Sumeria for 41gpt and start research towards Industrialization (now due in 5 @+18gpt).
Look up all the workers and shift them back to the homeland to do some forest chopping and get positioned for railing the island.
Then hunt up a boatload of 'zerks and send them off to the north. The Celts have a one horse town (Tolosa) on a far island that has iron and we should be able to capture it with a single boat full of zerks. Use the embassy screen to look in the town first and if it has too many or too strong defenders, get another boatload or two of 'zerks.
If we capture the Celt town we can build factories at home and get some decent production going. And coal can be purchased from the Chinese if the Industrialization push is successful.
It is all about the resources now as we need productivity to build enough zerks and muskets to start growing the empire.
The coal deal financed our rush to factories and capturing the Celt iron will let us build three or four, then we can look around and decide what to do next.
There is a galleon at Karasjok, pick up a spear there and take it back to Worker Island so we can pacify the last Chinese resistor there.
We still have the strongest attack force with 'zerks at A6 but we will need frigates to beat the defenders down to size when the time comes.
