That said, he's acting weird. Too weird, probably. But I'm leaving my vote on him because I want to see what happens.

Well it doesn't look like Pinman is a Knight who says Ni from where I'm standing, which is a position of total ignorance, as usual. So I will unvote: Pinman, but I'm not going to vote for plarq. This 'unexplained bandwagon vote to help out a player who has made a mistake and dug himself into a hole' tactic is not exactly my favourite part of NotW, so I'd rather not do it here. Call it principle; call it stupidity; call it irrelevance, because it is irrelevance, it would seem; call it a desperate ploy to save my obvious Ni-saying colleague plarq if you want, but I ain't doin' it.

Instead I'm going to add another vote to an inactive person. We haven't got any clues yet (explicit clues from ATPG, I mean) so for once I believe that not lynching is the best way to go, whatever Renata says, but the next best thing is to vote: sithlord447.

The thing is, we don't really have the option of not lynching in this game -- correct? I remember nothing in the rules about vote threshholds or percentage of cast votes or anything like that. As far as I understand, 29 of us could abstain or not vote, and the last player's cast vote would still carry the day and kill someone. There's no way to realistically avoid a lynch. So given that someone is going to die anyway, I vastly prefer getting as much information out of the day as possible, and that means casting meaningful votes. Abstentions are not meaningful.

I'm also not willing to rely on ATPG's clues or on prophets/investigators/whatever to save us -- just look what happened in his last game.

As an aside, anyone want to speculate about the enemies we're facing in this game? Knights of Ni, of course. Could the Rabbit of where-ever be an actual player? Somebody's also mentioned Frenchmen. Discuss please -- it's something to talk about while we wait to see whether Pinman or plarq has more enemies (or supporters). Maybe some people who've actually seen the movie within the past 10 years can chime in.

PS: Catharsis, congratulations on your thread's one year anniversary and not being abducted by aliens.
