Mafia Game: Monty Python and the Holy Grail (GAME THREAD)

On the other hand, the deaths of the two previous posters were entirely their own faults.:p

EDIT: Either CCRunner was guilty, or an inactive (ie: plarq) is the black beast.
Or neither, and I told the truth :p

I believe that I have completed some worthwhile analysis.

I believe that Catharsis was the Beast, and Backwards Logic was the rabbit. The two were working together in a team of some sorts. (Note the Rabbit's discomfort with Catharsis' death, and the lack of beast kills after Catharsis' death without a roleblocking explanation)

CCRunner must have been on a moose team with Tasslehoff. Nonetheless, whether or not the mooses are innocent, the threat he spoke about has been eliminated by murder. (When somebody is murdered we dont normally discovered their VC- If they are inhabiting somebody else's body)

This is how one of the Knights that say Ni died. To find their identity, we must wait till the end of the game. Nonetheless, one of the ghosts must be guilty.

I have looked over the evidence regarding the remaining players, and I am pretty sure I know at last who is guilty. If Renata is guilty, the game is pretty much solved.

If Renata is not guilty, I dont know.

After further analysis, I conclude that Sithlord was the fourth Knight of Ni. Look at his death post.

Hes tall surrounded by shrubberies, and his death comes after the scene with four knights. Following his death, only three knights who say Ni are ever mentioned again.

Indeed, thank you Pinman. The evidence was there all along - those tiny details are however always the things I miss. Renata is guilty.

Ahhh, Another Knight of Ni will soon be dust. I am glad to hear it. Can you belive it, she even threaten me. Well actually she just asked for my personal details.... But I felt threatened at the time. The Black Knight does not respond well to threats.

At this point in time, I feel a little bit safer in pointing out that I am not immune to night attacks.
Sorry if I led some of you to believe that I was :p

I'm not at all sure about Renata being a killer. Specially when at this point we haven't seen another bandwagon appeared. But i don't have any other theories, so for now i'll just hope that the bandwagon is right. (for the first time..) vote: renata

After further analysis, I conclude that Sithlord was the fourth Knight of Ni.

This chimes in well with what happened after I killed him. Can't reveal specifics of course, but I can provide support for this theory, straight from the monster's mouth.

I also believe that Renata knew I was the monster ever since about Day 2, due in part to what she knew about TLO36 (she revealed that in the thread a while back), but perhaps found it convenient to keep me around until I started chewing on knights.

And if you're wondering: remember that I was killed by the KWSN and I want them dead as much as any innocent here.

I'll eat my shoe (metaphorically) if Renata turns out not to be one of the knights. But perhaps we should start thinking about who the other two are, also? Love is locked in for one, but who for the other? By process of elimintation, it's either plarq (making a last ditch attempt to save his comrade), sprig (although it's safe to discount that option) or Snerk (although the evidence he presented earlier works in his favour, even if he did fail to mention the fact that it implicated Renata, also).

So, is the other knight plarq or Snerk? Perhaps if they were to present their cases as to why we shouldn't lynch them once we're done with Renata and Love...

Maybe you're wrong on all three. Wouldn't that be fun. :)

Sorry, Love.

Catharsis, you give me way too much credit. I wasn't even sure about you when we sent the order.

Third parties, we may or may not be able to strike a deal. Depends on your victory conditions. Obviously I will not be revealing ours, so you may as well tell the truth given you don't know what might spare you. But make it snappy with the PMs if you're interested; I'm on a deadline. (Hah!)

Some of you are doing a fabulous job of looking innocent right now. That goes double for you, Pinman.

The rest of you ... sleep lightly.

I almost forgot. NI!

Pinman seems to have come to exactly the same conclusions I did when I looked back through the Night posts yesterday. Again, *Facepalm* How did I not see that?

Vote: Renata, I know you all now think that I'm superduper mafia. But I can assure you that I'm not. Renata tricked me away greatly telling me that she was Patsy right from start giving her (fake) victory conditions and goal. Now later on i feel very stupid, as i doubted many times on her innocence. My suspicion grew when it never came any spare coconuts for vote which was her goal to acquire.

I've been skimming through my PM inbox and the most interesting things is that Renata asked me to protect Oyzar when he had the holy hand-grenade. Also she told me that she's in contact with Snerk, who was in contact with the witch

So please don't kill me, I have just been a fool.

Yes, don't kill him- if he was newted on Night 6 like Snerk said, he CAN'T be a Knight if Renata IS a knight.

Oh come on. You've already weaseled your way out of it twice. Disowning someone who has already admitted to being a Knight is hardly a good excuse. And what a coincedince that you've just come across all this information linking Renata to others.

Any other clues you'd like to share now? Your safe from murder (if we assume you are innocent for the purposes of convincing you to share evidence), as the knights would be foolish to kill off the prime suspect and candidate for lynching. So now is as good an opportunity as ever to tell all.

As for plarq, he replaced KingMorgan, who replaced ZPV. Now, given the suspicious activities of ZPV earlier in the thread (I can't remember the specifics, but it was a weak frame of ZPV by Renata in an attempt to dissociated themselves from each other, or so I think), it would seem to make sense that plarq is guilty.
