Indeed. Even with a whole load of extra bonus powers, it's an exceptionally tough ask to win as an SK. Anybody who pulls it off deserves massive credit.

Funnily, I'm tied for the best town winning streak of all time (and lone holder of longest current town winning streak), but I'm not even in the top 20 in town winning percentage.

I was too. Technically I had started in No Tomorrow before Princess Bride started, but it was my first ever Mafia game and I was an SK. Made it damn close to the end as well. If choxorn hadn’t of watched me kill someone I may well have won it.

Sounds like a perfectly good idea, but right now I have more posts than I need, so why not?

With the 'purge', the thread were hard deleted or soft deleted?

What happened was that the CFC database crashed way back in 2010, and the moderators decided there were too many threads. So they deleted everything in Forum Games before a certain point, reasoning that, as there was no PC here, nobody would notice. Of course, we did notice, and got annoyed as hell about it. It was mostly the loss of NOTW and Mafia that was painful, but we also lost countless early fun games, and the DYOS 1-9 Threads that were a fine example of the best spam ever produced on CFC.

So, hard deleted.

And they didn't keep a good backup of them, so even after the database got upgraded enough to handle more threads, they couldn't resotre them. As far as we can tell, they're gone forever.

Oh and NOTW I is still a working link, it's not in this section though.

I know, and a few of the old ones still exist on Wayback Machine, but they're pretty incomplete. It's possible I could add a couple more, but it would be a pain in the ass, and probably still distort the stats a bit, just in different ways. I just decided that a complete record of everything back to the Purge was slightly better than an incomplete, skippy, and spotty record going before that.

I remember being a Serial Killer at least once in the pre-Purge Era. Since then, the closest I've come was in Princess Bride, when I was a survivalist with a Roleblock/Protect/Investigate ability.

Just an average, often townie record for me, kinda knew my stats, everything together is interesting. I had forgotten I'd be counted as neutral in one, think it must've been one of the many faction type games, it would be fun to get a serial killer/third party role too but haven't ever had one.

Yeah, it was in It's a Long Story, which, despite Backwards Logic's protests, I still count everyone as Neutral.

During what I believe was your first game, when you correctly picked me as scum (after I rather ruthlessly fitted you up for the lynch), I remember saying that you'd turn out to be a quality player. As I mentioned earlier, the stats don't tell the whole story, and there are plenty of great players who've ended up with poor averages. But you must have been doing something right to get those kinds of numbers.
