Make your own civ attributes!

How about the ability for your civ to develop attributes as time progresses. IE: If you start in a "sea of jungle," you'd eventually get the "Jungle Skills" ability. If you establish lots of cities, then you get the "cheaper settlers" ability. There would of course have to be a limit, aswell as the inability to change your attributes.

Elaborating on the "jungle skills" idea: how about making it simply "has adapted to terrain X"? This could mean, for example, that such civ gets a +N bonus (preferrably settable in the editor) of food/trade/shields when working tiles of the given terrain.

With this you could create civs like Dwarves (mountains +2 food), Elves (forest +1 food), Nomads (desert/plains), etc. Of course, when the AI plays such civ the "adapted to terrain X" should also mean that X is preferred when placing cities and transforming terrain types.

attribute:lazy"
1)Military units cannot move
2)you always lose battles becuase they are to lazy to fight
3)workers never work
4)all civs become furiuos becuase you are a idiot in diplomacy
attribute:junkie"
1)New improvement:Heroine factory,in every civ everyone becomes happy except 1 unhappy citisens in each city(they have to clean up all that mess)
2)all civs are too high to declare war.
when your a junkie civ your UU is drugsdealer.

Well, furious civs would need only a little push (such as money) to go to war with the aggressor civ (in regard to pacifist).

Explorationist (an improved expansionest trait :D)
