Germany uses its 44 armies to seize huge swaths of land.
14 Russian provinces and 46 Indian provinces are taken.
India hangs on by a short thread: 1 province in Egypt, 1 in Timor, 3 in Sri Lanka, and 9 in Bangladesh.
Sweden would hate Russia, but Scandinavia(i.e. Norway's successor state) worked with Russia to slay the Swedish, not to mention, now has a very broad Jewish state thanks to Russia's forced deportations. Granted, Russia's conversion efforts are making Stockholm less and less valuable... but it at least has religious uniformity.
Scandinavia does intend to profit nicely from all those captured provinces.
Oh, but Iberia is being weakened - by proxy. Russia will be much weaker come next turn. India will continue to exist, even if in a weaker state - it will still lead the Confucianist alliance and still be a major player... just not as potent. It'll require some deep thinking to realise who the next power broker is.
Originally, Germany was going to take India's place as the other superpower - if it annexed India, it'd acquire all its tech and become the tech leader by a huge margin. But alas, Arakhor fell short on armies.
I'll think of some way to keep this entertaining... I mean, I'd rather not have to resort to the literal nuclear option.

Russia will have to give some serious concessions next turn to get all its lands back; Austria weakened India a bit, but it must do the same to Russia as well. In particular, the dissolution of the personal union will change the game a bit. You may notice the hand of the Hohenzollerns and Habsburgs is steadily reaching into Central and Southern Asia...

Anglo-Eire, having sat out the brutal slaughter across Eurasia, spends its 20 gold to acquire 4 provinces, enriching themselves and their German masters. They seek to use the land to spread the Buddhist faith.
We retain Cameroon's 9 remaining provinces for the time being, with the intent to dump any unsold ones into a new vassal state of Cameroon.
With a new set of 10 armies, we are ready to kill off the Indians once and for all.
Our troops dock at Suez, massacring the Indian garrison there and seizing it. We intend to return it to Nubia once the situation calms down.
One of our Indian Ocean fleets lands a force that seizes the Maldives.
Three armies attack Sri Lanka, with 2 more seizing Bangladesh.

Austronesia knows that if it seizes the territory, the last bastion of India will be theirs, and they can inherit its vast technology, refined by years of Confucianist philosophy. Since they occupy the other half of the island, the naval fleet off the coast is worthless, and Austronesia delivers the coup d'grace.
Austronesia inherits 225 Civics, 256 Army, 333 Infra, and 159 Diplo. It even gets 1.4 gold as a bonus. This bumps them up to Civ 9, Army 10, Infra 13, and Diplo 8. Now able to negotiate up to 200 pixels away, Austronesia could become a global player, succeeding the realm it absorbed.

Well there we have it. The Indian Maharajah is gone.
His realm has split into multiple zones of influence, and lord knows what will happen to them all. Austria's ambition may indeed be foiled; they intended to keep Iberia from becoming too dominant, but instead, Austronesia ate India's last fortress and as such absorbed their technology.
The Austrians have set themselves up in Burma and Pakistan. The bulk of India has been occupied by the German Reich and there are plans of some sort of vassal state or allied state w/ a royal marriage being crafted in its place. Iberia has seized the Bengalese coast and some scattered territories, while Outer Rus has occupied the interior of Bangladesh.
India, once a superpower, has been ruined, despite Austria's attempts to craft a new world order where it still existed.

Thanks to a massive population swap that has made the Middle East solidly Muslim and made Zululand solidly Confucian, with only 9 provinces remaining pagan. Each has a 23% chance of revolt now. Only one revolts!
The remaining 8 have a 55% chance of going Confucian. 5 become Confucian.
Austria would like the independence of Astrakhan(which shall become a Republic so that it can no longer marry into any royal family), and one province to be given to Serbia.
Scandinavia would like 5 provinces in Sweden and Finland.
Astrakhan desires the same thing Austria does: independence.
