After the red-button has been hit, if you don't exit the game right away that's fine - just DON'T save again or it will save the game in the paused status and the only fix I'm aware of is to replay the turn entirely.
We've had quite a rash of players running into this in this particular round, perhaps due to wanting to further review what's been taking place since the fileset update.
I see, I supposed this would happen, but I never tried it. However, that isn't what happened here.
What happened this time (and the last one that I quoted) isn't exactly this. I didn't save after pressing the red button.
I have pressed the red button, which generated a save file as normal, and then I realized I had forgotten something.
So I went back to main menu, loaded the turn prior to pushing the red button, then I did what I had forgotten and pressed the red button again.
It said the save was in my folder, and I was supposed to send it to Hydro, just like before. Upon hitting OK, it gave me the warning: Another file with this same name already exists, do you wish to overwrite it?
Naturally I pressed ok.
It seems when you do this, it saves the game on this Limbo State instead of normally. That's exactly what happened last time, but I wasn't sure if I remembered correctly what had happened at that time, so I dismissed any thougths on it and simply deleted the file from my C2C PBEM folder, redid my turn, and pressed the red button to generate the save, which I then sent to SVN and it worked normally.
Upon happening again this time, I did the same thing as before and it worked. So I realized it has to be this overwriting issue that causes this.
So you can't have a savefile with the same name as the one the PBEM generates upon pressing the red button, because the same name warning will trigger, and upon hitting to overwrite the save, you create a save file in the Limbo State.
