Mehemed II missing in Action?

I have the weirdest issue, the Mehemed II leaderhead simpley will not apear. His page is totaly blank on the Civopedia (not even text), if I encouter him in game I lockup and have to reboot. I've even gone so far as to re-install the whole game (civ4 and WL). No other leader is in anyway affected. I have the WL config set with


; Disable caching of file system (may slow initialization)
DisableFileCaching = 1

; Disable caching of xml and file system (may slow initialization)
DisableCaching = 1

Just incase their was some corrupted catch file.
This just started happening today after playing some downloaded Mods but I dont see how these could be the source of the problem and if they were the re-install should definatly have wiped it out. Is anyone else experiencing something like this or even heard of it before?

Exactly my same issue. Quite annoying isn't it? Not solved yet.

My life is now complete. The fix I found here works. Thank you all, now if Mehmed II wasn't being such a Pric_ in my game, life would be perefcet.
