The black territories are territories I want you to attack twice
The brown territory is a territory I want you to attack once

@Daimondeye: As I am still awaiting your response, I will give you the last territory once you accept to are new deal.

@Civplayah: You have been a great GM but I think this died because both Omega and MangoElephant suddenly left the game. Its not your fault and it could have happened to anyone. If this is truly dead, I eagerly wait the next mini-IOT
