The way I see it Xia is the first Chinese dynasty, doesnt represent the people that continued to evolve after they were replaced by another dynasty of the same people. The Koreans for instance, I changed their name to Joseon beucase its their ancient name. I picked Zhongguo for the Chinese because it seems to be a good ancient name to represent the ancient Chinese. I will however be adding the Yue to the oriental list of civs, to represent the Yue people the same way the Celts represent the celtic people as a whole since I have no room for both Gauls and Britons for instances.

You could use Ryukyuan/Okinawan names for the city and leader lists. There's no definitive evidence that it's really a 10000-year-old submerged city in the Ryukyu Islands, but it's pretty interesting nonetheless.
