And that's exactly why I certainly will order my copy in advance.
In fact I haven't played civ IV vanilla for about 14 month I believe, I think FfH is that great. :)

Edit: I think it's time that we need a new intro song and background change.

There will be a patch out tonight. I dont think the intro song and background are going to change anytime soon.

What's the difference if you can't play it because it isn't out, or you can't play it because you didn't get a chance to buy the requisite xpack? Other than other people catching the worst bugs already. ;)
 
Patch "d" is linked in the first post. It makes the following changes:

1. Water Elementals changed from 12 strength to 9 (+3 Cold) strength.
2. Hellfire spell changed to be always available for Infernals.
3. Fixed the issue where the AI doesnt rush founding the Veil.
4. Removed the redundant +10 damage for having channeling 3 in the destroy undead spell.
5. Work boats wont get Sheut stone upgrades anymore.
6. Mud Golems strength changed from 0 to 0/2.
7. Eyes and Ears Network wont pass out Infernal Pact.
8. Govannon can't train disciple units.
9. Increased the rate the AC counter grows.
10. Mokka's Cauldron now produces Flesh Golems (dynamic unit creation was causing CtD's).
11. Rust spell now destroy's Bronze, Iron and Mithril weapons.
12. A lair won't spawn more creatures if there are 5 or more units on it.
13. Reduced damage from the Ring of Flames spell by 10% (temporary until I add a collateral damage function to spells).
14. Moved Mobility to Horseback Riding instead of Exploration (from Rise of Mania).

Because I like playing FfH. It is like watching football directly or in replay
 
I have a little nice idea for this mod, but I doubt it could work cause I have not seen this been place in any other mods. The Idea I'm about to tell you is that I wonder that if you could make a introduction movie, like when you start up the game, and after seeing the companies name, the intro movie about that game starts. I wonder if It's possible to implant a movie that is based on your mod, If it's possible, I wonder who can make it for you.
 
How am I supposed to protect Corindale from Shadows?? I had 3 Shadows with him, to detect them, but they never do, and the enemy Shadows come out of nowhere and kill him.

This is very annoying. :mad:

Marksmen can see and attack Shadows.
 
Help needed: A while ago I played Calabim, and wanted to switch to Hyborem. When I did so, I saved a game so I could go back and finish as Calabim. However, this savegame somehow broke. It is 0 KB, I can't delete it and it stops any attempt at defragmentation of my harddisk. Even error-checking at boot-up doesn't work. Any advice is appreciated! (I think it might be the long savegame name, but what do I know?)

This is a shot in the dark, but it's worked with long filenames that are embedded. Use explorer to find it and then rename the file to something really short. I'm pretty sure that there is something like a 256 character name in win. Switch to something shorter and hey presto it'll work.
