Hi all,

I've got a problem launching the "Desert War" and "American Revolution" mods. The mods themselves start up fine, but when I click Single Player -> Play Scenario, it only shows "WBQuickSave", no "Desert War"/"American Revolution" or something like that; when I start the "WBQuickSave" I get a screen showing "You Are Defeated" directly after the loading has finished.

Does anybody know what to do?

(sorry for my crappy English, I'm from Holland and I'm not really good at it)

Seems they made some errors during packing the mods, because the needed scenarios are not in the mod folders, but in the Civ main folder.
What it means for you: Don't load the mods first. Just fire up civ, go there to the scenarios, and load the Desert War or American Revolution scenario. The game will notify you about that it has to load a mod for it, and will then restart with the respective mod loaded.

Thanks for your reaction!
But when I click "Play a Scenario" in the main Civilization screen, Desert War and American Revolution aren't there as well..?
And thereby, when I open the folder "C:\Program Files\2K Games\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4 Complete", there's another folder "Mods", in which there are four folders, including American Revolution and Desert War (the other two are Greek World and Turtorial).

The structure is right, just the maps for the mods are not in the right place.
And if you can't see them...then start them directly:
Go to C:\Program Files\2K Games\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4 Complete\PublicMaps and start the "American Revolution.Civ4WorldBuilderSave" or "DesertWar.Civ4WorldBuilderSave" with a double click.

Hmm, the files "American Revolution.Civ4WorldBuilderSave" and "DesertWar.Civ4WorldBuilderSave" are not in the folder "C:\Program Files\2K Games\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4 Complete\PublicMaps"..?

Sorry, I forgot this topic .

I assume you only own the base game without any addons, right?
Did you patch it? If not, then please install the latest patch first.
Because I'm not sure if the scenarios came with one of the patches (I doubt, but you never know).
