Mod release notes?

I noticed the modbuddy upload process has a step where we can write a changelog/release notes. Does this do anything? I looked around the workshop page, and see the version history, but it doesn't appear to be clickable to view details.

can't find it too, would be a nice feature. I'm filling it every time, just in case it's activated at some point

Speaking of things that get added that you can no longer access - one very useful feature of the old mod hub that doesn't appear to be accessible from workshop is the ability to download prior versions of mods

That was especially useful for people on macs, since the mac version of civ is typically somewhat older than the PC version...
