Moderator Action Color Change

I removed the red color from moderator actions because red text on the new red Extreme style is almost invisible.

Mod actions now use the default forum text color of each style.

Great, I told someone today you can tell it's Mod action by the rust color!

That's not a reason to change the moderator action colour - that's a great reason to change the Extreme colour scheme!

Well, I am not going to change the style color, but I can give the modeator action some (animated) pics to grab people's attention. Maybe an exclamation mark image before the moderator actions...

I will listen to gonzo's suggestion for now and use a different color for mod actions instead. Putting a image in front of mod action somehow makes it look like an attachment or something.

I guess another thing we can try is putting the mod actions inside their own table, with a grey backgound color...

i think the reds better makes more of an impact and as there arnt really that many people using the red sceen anyway
