Ethiopia worried about potential nuclear attack so we are building bunkers all over our cities right now.
Once we can survive the first strike, we can then entertain Austrian people and make your space race fun.
Germany has the tech lead for a long time and will certainly be a major factor in this race.
Japan is still alive I belive, somewhere in the middle. Only Sweden is out and the Netherlands are looking very bad. All main cities have been taken by the austrians and only a handfull remains to keep the refugees safe.
If Austria decides to pursue there is not much we can do, but the front lines seems to have stopped around Rotterdam.
The dutch seems to have fallen off the austrian radar for the moment.
Other news on the same continent is that Germany has made landfall and is conquering danish cities from the rear, starting with Copenhagen. A big loss for the danes.

Researching 1 tech per turn since 3 turns and it will be that way for the rest of the game...in fact there is 6 turns left to the game!
What is nice is that the original player had picked the right trees. I don't even need Oxford to reach the last tech..it says it all.

Well, this is going to be a tight race. Maybe Ethiopia will just be 1-2 turns behind.

ggIf you have played then Austria will certainly win, as Japan and Germany will certainly make the last few turns difficult but Austria is much safer with the whole continent secured.

Yep thats 2 turns for me too. I didnt even need the rationalism finisher to reach the last techs.
Pretty much a tie...
